SmartScreen tip

Windows may show a blue "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting" dialog the first time you run the installer. Click More info, then Run anyway. This is a one-time prompt — SmartScreen will trust the app after you confirm.

    Run the installer

    Double-click WorkPulseSetup.exe in your Downloads folder. If SmartScreen shows the warning above, click More info → Run anyway.

    Follow the installer prompts

    Accept the default install location. Make sure "Launch WorkPulse on Windows startup"is checked — that's how the tracker keeps running across reboots.

    Sign in

    WorkPulse launches automatically when the installer finishes. Enter your HRMS email and password in the sign-in dialog to link the tracker to your account.

    Confirm it's running

    A WorkPulse icon appears in the system tray (bottom-right of the taskbar, next to the clock — click the up-arrow if it's hidden). Click it to open the status window and confirm captures are syncing.
